2. Setup Day 3–7

Tenant creation, projects, users, activity catalog.

Result: Working environment with 1 team/location, ready for mobile app + web system.

3. Training Day 7–10

Training for managers (web), supervisors and workers (mobile app).

Result: Team works independently. NFC/QR marking of work areas.

4. Evaluation Day 30

Final report with real data from the pilot.

Result: Report with KPI results. Decision: continue → 40–50% credit from the pilot fee.
